Getting Started:

Project Creation UI allows users to create a new project and set the basic project attributes. Basic project attributes include: Project Name, Project Code, Project Description, Project Index, Company, Project Number, Business Unit, Plant, and an Image (could be an actual image or a screenshot from a 3D Model). To be able to use this feature, the logged in user should have all necessary access permissions to create a new project.

Main Screen:

Fields: 

1. Project Name: Field to input Project Name (Free text input by the user) - Mandatory Field
2. Project Code: Field to input project code (Free text input by the user) - Mandatory Field
3. Project Description: Field to input Project Description (Free text input by the user)
4. Company: Field to select a Company name from a list of defined companies (Selection from a drop down list)
5. Business Unit: Field to select a Business Unit from a list of defined business units (Selection from a drop down list)
6. Plant: Field to select a Plant from a list of defined plants (Selection from a drop down list)
7. Project Number: Field to input project number (Free text input by the user)
8. Project Index: Combination of Project Name - Plant - Project Number - Business Unit (Auto-Generated, editable by user) - Mandatory Field

Functions:

1. Send to Sigma: Sends project creation data to Sigma (Checkbox)

Validations:

1. Special characters are not permitted in Project Name
2. All mandatory fields should be filled and a Project Photo should be loaded to be able to create a project
